They tricked me into letting them \"fix\" my system and restore it to \"new\" condition. Then it failed AGAIN! How does a new system fail? Maybe because they didn't do anything to it in the first place. They told me that \"unfortunately, we have to replace it., but we'll give all the money you've invested in it back.\" I called in a second opinion who showed me my equipment they never serviced and it turns out they misdiagnosed it. Good salesmen, but bad technicians! The company I called out gave me a replacement price that saved me more than double my refund from these criminals.
