> I went to TB tonight and had the worst experience with the sevice there.  The lady that was working the drive-thru was so rude.  When a car would pull up she wopuld say "What do you want".  I came back in there to get her name which I think is Renee she said "When you came in the 1st time did you even buy anything" which I of course did. This lady was wearing a black TB shirt which I think is managment.  What kind of managment is that rude and disrespectful to the people that make her pay check.  The rest of the staff that was working were either on a break or walking around the back not doing anything.  I hope someone from TB has a apology for all the customers they insulted tonight.
