> Company did a very poor appraisal and they don't know how to compare apples to apples. They compare homes that don't are not even similar. We had to give them homes that are closed is similarity but for what ever reason just excesses from them. The guy who did it seems to have low confidence in what he is doing and showed up a week late. I wouldn't waste my time or energy using them ever.
