We have to agree with others, our designer is very sharp provided us a low, medium, and high bid.  We expected to pay much more but for what we got and what it looks like today, it was worth the investment.  As for the customer service, I really can't say anything too positive about them, it is what it is. Our designer did her part who we highly recommend and was great!  She removed some sections to keep our cost low, which I didn't expect. We are so use to being \"oversold\" on a product and consumers often feel companies are out to \"rip us off\".This is a high end product really holds up it's value.  I had it put in my home 12 years ago and it still looks brand new. We just closed escrow and buyers were very impressed of how well the closet looked, they thought it was new!
