They demanded $15 from me to ship back to them for a warranty claim.  They are unprofessional, and do not return my repeated inital emails for support.  They simply do not offer any after service or customer support, and in their eyes, the customer is NOT always right.  They just decided to send me back one line responses and did not care for the safety issue the defective product presented.Buyers, please steer clear from making any purchases from Kuruma Motoring and Kimbo Lee.  They are only interested in making the sale and while you may save a few dollars here and there, you will eventually be left with a product that they sell, but do not support.  Their customer service isn't just horrible, it's non-existent.  Spend your money elsewhere at a business that values its customer base and support professional, honest businesses.
