My experience working with them was nothing but frustrating, stressful and aggravating from the moment I stepped foot through their doors. I landed at a company that was already deep in financial trouble, was poorly operated and was horribly mismanaged by an appointed director that had absolutely no experience in running a business.As the months went by directors were hired that didn’t have a clue of how to manage a team or operate their department. Certain higher ups were just looking to position themselves into self servicing roles. Politics were extremely heavy and it became a game of career chess.
