> This may be one of the only options in town, but pet owners be careful. Had a very unfortunate experience with this groomer--she was rude, unprofessional, and charged a full groom charge, even though she didn't didn't groom my dog! The groom was to include a bath, haircut, and nail trim, but she didn't cut the nails, finish the cut, or trim his face and legs. She said the dog was resisting so she couldn't finish--that I can understand, pets probably aren't always the most cooperative--but isn't that your business? And I was really surprised by the owner's aggressive and hostile approach, it was unnecessary and she actually frightened me.  She told me I had to pay full price to get my dog back, even though she didn't perform the service. That sure isn't good business. She told me she wasn't worried about losing me as a customer because she's always busy. I'm glad her business is doing well, but I'm pretty sure that's not because she's a good or professional groomer, it's because she's one of the only shows in town. Pet owners, be cautious.

> I personally dont like this place. The owner was rude to me on the phone after she took almost 2 weeks to call me back for an appointment. She seems to always be in a bad mood or something. Ive only brought my dog there once but i didnt like it. The overall feeling of the shop felt dirty n moody or something, definitely didnt feel too welcome ...... Not to mention the grooming she did on my little poodle, i dont know if she just "FORGOT" to do the back legs and round head or if she let her young daughter there groom my little Trixie... either way her prices are wayy too high for the "quality" of the haircut... I realllyyyyy doubt ill be back.
