> My experience with this school will be short lived I've had nothing but problems with staff as well as hours my child goes to kindergarten at this school his hours are very short he is attending the afternoon class which is only 3 1/2 hrs long and on every Wednesday he only goes for 2 1/2 hrs from 10:50 - 1:30 which complicates my work schedule very much. My child's mother just moved down the street so i went to put her on emergency contact this week and i just got a call today saying my son can no longer attend Cole because of where she lives although I own a house right behind them which is where we registered him at i still live and own this home they never called me to confirm his residence they called his mom and told her he can no longer go. With no other information they let her go without letter her know what steps to take to get him back into Cole or getting her into the school district she is in. Although I did call to fix this issue they did not believe me now i have to go show them my check stubs yet again to show proof of where i live when I am the main parent who registered my child I had to call the district office to know what information i really needed because all i got from the office Lady Sarah was a sassy attitude and misinformation regarding the steps i needed to take to fix this issue. I also have some church friends who kids attend this school who are also very unhappy with the staff attitude towards them I am very displeased that our tax dollars go to pay these woman who obviously work this job just for a paycheck and not to help the community. I also note that if you have a child who is attending this school they are going to try to ask you for gift cards to Wallgreens Target Walmart from 15$ - 25$ which i think is pretty funny considering my child only goes for 2-3 1/2 hrs a day they should be hard focusing on the academics that the extra curricular activities which they say they need this money for extra arts and crafts truly i am willing to donate but not if his hours are that short maybe if he was going from 8-2pm like Jefferson kindergarten down on shaw sunnyside i would say hey they need it to spend more time with my kid but with this short time slot truly not worth money time or effort. I am taking the steps to take him out of this school and going back to garfield or jefferson OR ANYWHERE ELSE maybe even fresno Goodluck to all you parents out there if you send your kid here dont say i didnt tell you so P>S> my kids been here almost 2 months and his teacher has been calling him by a different name just got it right about a week and a half ago SMH!
