> They wanted to charge me to provide a bid. I decided to say yes because they came recommended from my real estate agent. On the morning of the scheduled inspection, the owner Bill emailed me to cancel "too busy".  When I called him back the bottom line was they couldn't handle a job where the client was getting 2 bids.  What a crook, the other company showed up without charging and provided a bid.  At the very least don't let these guys know they are bidding against "real" competitors.  Competitor Termite?  More like "Please don't get a second bid Termite"
