> Unfortunately, as good as Dr. Morlan and Tony can be, their office staff is terrible.  I was hoping it would change when they got to their new location, but it didn't.  If anything, it was worse.  I do not believe that one should wait over an hour EVERY time they try to see their doctor, especially when the appointment has been scheduled weeks in advance, but that is what I've experienced everytime after my first appointment.  There are too many good doctors in town to waste valuable time sitting in a waiting room because the office staff can't get their act together.  Poor management of office staff reflects badly on the doctors when it is a constant issue.

> I would agree with the other statements. Dr Morlan is AWESOME but her staff is unknowledgable and cant make decisions for themselves without asking her. She really needs some self directed people running her office.

> This Dr. office does take forever for them to finely get to you and the girls in the office are VERY RUDE but, Dr. Morlan and Tony Reid are very professional. They do need to do something with their office help!!!

> This is the worst doctors office I have ever been too. The ladies at the front desk are rude and unprofessional. Plus, I was told to be there early to fill out paperwork, my appointment was at 10:50, so I arrived at 10:10. They finally got around to putting my daughter in a room at 12:25.
