> Inconsiderate, crappy customer service, they lie about parts, get them from third sources and when they don’t function properly refuse to take back. They do everything they can to confuse the situation and lay blame somewhere else. I’m taking them to small claims to get my money back for a non-functioning transmission. They play games and tell mechanics to perform repairs on parts or swap parts to make something work (which they sold as working) then refuse to take back the bogus part because it has been altered. They are liars, and game players who don’t want to help anyone but themselves. Care less people. Worst customer service. They don’t care AT ALL. Just want your money. Stay away. Go somewhere else. I found a transmission that was as good as new (clean and properly functioning) for $200 less than the one from Ajax which was a mess and never worked. They DO NOT care. Beware!!!
