> I found them through http://www.therustyfirebox.com. they arrived on time and diagnosed by furnace as having a cracked in the firebox and they determined that it could not be fixed and gave me a variety of prices to replace the equipment, all of which I thought were too high.I got 4 other estimates from other contractors with each of them confirming that the heat exchanger was indeed cracked and non-repairable. I got the shock of my life. Everyone of the companies was at least a $1,000 higher than Empire. I went online and researched Empire, finding many good reviews and a few negatives. I went to their main website and downloaded a coupon and saved another $1,500 off installation.All said and done I have a new furnace and a new air conditioner and I saved $2,500 off the next nearest bid. Empire Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning did a great job and the city inspector told they did a great job.

> What a good experience. My initial call was delightful! The office rep who answered my call had me smiling before I spokeword one. And that was only the start. The HVAC technician, Tim,who answered my repair call lives in my neighborhood, came within thepromised time, was courteous and extremely knowledgeable. Afterdealing with Tim, I feel that I couldn't have made a better choicethan Empire. I know who I'm going to call with future HVAC needs... Empire, of course!
