> Honest, honest and honest! Tom Engell is the best, most honest and trustworthy mechanic I've ever had the pleasure to do business with. He is a Ford Certified Mechanic. He knows his stuff. He's got the certificates and awards to prove it. Of course those really don't mean a thing. His work speaks for itself. In recent months he's hired a new guy, he's a fast talker, what my grandpa would call "nickel slick". Ignore him and talk to Tom. I predict the new guy won't be around long, he's not Tom's style. Relaxed, honest and straight talking is Tom's way.
