Dennis was completely flexible as the close date on my son's home kept moving.  He needed his new home tented and needed it done quickly so he could move in by the weekend.  It was great. Dennis spoke with my son, a first time home buyer and made good suggestion on work he could do himself to minimize future termite/dry rot issues. I am in Real Estate, so ordering termite inspections and repairs is something I do on a regular basis - which was a nightmare before we found Dennis. I worked with everyone from the “big guys” (starts with a ‘T’ and ends with an ‘X’!) to small mom and pop shops. I could not count on any of them. It was a mess and I was at a loss. I am so happy to have found someone that I can count on, not only to do the job, but to do it well and do it quickly. From the first phone call they acted like they knew who I was and made me feel like they really cared about me.  Very nice people.  Felt really at ease with them in our house.  Customer service is awesome as I figured it should be after the referral to them I got from freinds in the area.  I am not sure why they are not flat out rated a 5!
