But after when I called to add a trailer  the lady named Irma answer the phone and she said that she was with a customer and that she will return my call as soon as she finished with the client  so I called her 3 hours after to hear the same answer and I even told her to please do not forget about me because I have a load I need to take the next day and she say don't worry about it I'll call you as soon as I'm done with this customer,  never heard from her. I believed that if a company hire people they should train them for better customer service.","rating":1,"date_published":"2016-30-08"}]}
