> I took my shampooer there for repair - 1 yr + an additional 2 yr extended warranty we paid for.  I got it back 2 months later.  It broke down again - a yr later.  Took it back on Jan 6-2015 and have not heard a word on it... and it is 1/30 2015.  We live in LB and cannot just drive on by to check on it - it is about a 40 minute drive.  I keep calling - and it is allllllllllllways busy.  Geesuz.  I have white carpet and need my shampooer!!!!!!I
