> Wow! Just be prepared for the person answering. He is definitely not a people person. Power trip here! First he hung up while I was still asking a question and the second time I called and told him that he hung up on me while I was still speaking then he put me on hold! He just doesn't have any customer service skills. How sad. I think these ratings should be taken seriously because of the fact that even if you are saving money if something goes wrong with your purchase with them you will not be able to resolve it easily without putting up a fight. Oooh! I can already tell with the guys demeanor. Awful, awful person.

> first of all they rebuilt an alternator for me then it was no good .come to find out they don't even test them after they rebuild them .so i left the car there .when i came back for it the car didn't start anymore .so i thought it was the distributer because there was no spark coming from it .so i spend 110$ to have them rebuild that car still didn't work .i had to tow the car home there .so thinking there was a short somewhere i followed all the wiring back to the cars onboard computer then thats when i noticed they switched out my computer cause it wasn't the performance one i just had installed .now remember i had drove the car down there coming back to find out it don't start when i come back .and the computer was totaly different then the one it had .but its sad there's no way i could prove it.they will get threes
