> As good as it gets for WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I've ever experienced. I received a flyer in the mail 500 miles from their location, but since I lived in LA county yrs back I decided to give them a try. To begin with I should have took into consideration that they are located in Compton & not have high expectations. The first yr of attaining Mercedes tax services for 2014 was dandy I planned on being a long time customer. The second yr came around to file the personal & business taxes & it went all bad. To make a long story short Mercedes customer service & communication skills suck! after she received the funds she started playing games. Stopped & dodged complete communication to the point where we were going to file a report with the D.A. We literally had to HOUND her for months to submit our taxes & email us copies.
