Noise Noise Noise...not a quiet place. Located between fire stations and on call ambulance dispatch. Really needs and overhaul. Poorly insulated walls and ceilings = high utility bills 160.00 + also with the old aluminum windows that are worn out, and entry doors falling off hinges that leak big time.Had my car scratched on the hood. Laundry area is always smells like dirty diapers and always has dirty dusty floors, a real mess. Not worth the rent and utilities compared to other places nearby. I broke my lease 30 days ago due to disability issues and they gave me no lienence and I had to pay an extra months rent. I accepted that and I had the apartment professionally cleaned and the carpets cleaned as well. They put up a big stink about the cabinets being dirty and the baseboards needing repainting as well as the closets. I expect a big bill which I will fight in small claims court even after the 1300.00 dollars I gave them and the 400.00 dollars I lost as a security deposit. I even had my neighbors view my apartment and they thought the management was crazy as my apartment was cleaner than the model apartment and they are now all nervous as everyone wants to leave and are afraid of a big bill. If you want to live there expect to fork over an extra two grand when you leave. Also, you have to love loud noise bit bulls and mastifs if you want to live there. It was the worst experience of my life and I am still shaking from the ordeal.Also, you have to pay in addition to rent for trash and water which is $86.00 dollars a month.
