I was helped by Ron, Internet Sales Manager, who initially was friendly until it came time to discuss price.  He took my information without having a discussion around price, what monthly amount I could afford, etc.  He went back and grabbed the \"numbers guy\" Pete and left us.  Pete immediately went in to their closing price 27k after sales and taxes, sticker price was 24.9k.  I was like that's great but I'm not spending 27k on a 2013.  I offered 21k with a 1000 down.  Pete immediately said no and that was it.  He got up immediately and walked out of the room.  No counter, no question as to why I went so low nothing.  Did I low ball?  Not really.  KKB suggests 22.6k is a fair price, so I figured coming in at 21k, and adding sales and taxes out the door 23k or so.  The funny part about Sales is there is a difference between those who are successful and those who are mediocre.  Concord Buick was less than mediocre today. This is outrageous, I can understand labor cost. Long story short--I had been there on two previous attempts and this time they tracked down the issue and solved it.  Done, vehicle washed and out the door.  Mr. Mimiaga has ensured that I will be a long-term customer to Lehmer's Concord dealership.  Totally pleased with his professionalism, listened to my concerns and fixed them expeditiously. When my car was returned to me the stitching on the driver seat, right next the the seat belt, was unraveling.  This could possibly be wear and tear but it was obviously aggravated by the work that had been done.  In addition - the car is two years old and a leather seat should not already be falling apart.I brought my car back in to have this looked at, along with an oil change and to see why my car was idling so roughly.Because I am over my mileage for my bumper to bumper warranty Joe in service wanted to argue with anything that I brought to his attention without even looking or hearing me out.  He did say \"I'm not got to put that in the computer because I will get in trouble with my boss\" which led me to believe he wasn't going to even think about repairing something we were not paying for.  He also didn't even look at my driver seat without already saying oh too bad you're going to have to replace this whole leather seat for a few hundred dollars.  He has his rebuttals ready for everything (so he doesn't get in trouble?!) instead of hearing the customer out, looking in to it and then responding.When my car was returned to me not only was the stitching still coming undone but there were two more cuts in the leather that were absolutely not there when I dropped off.  Joe said 'yes they were there I took pictures to send to GM', argued up and down that they were there, got defensive and insisted he took pictures (which were most definitely taken after the fact to cover his *ss).  Quite possibly he could have picked at the seat to make it look worse so GM would cover the repair.Gary, Joe's manager came out to \"help\".  Was nice, looked for a solution... but said he would call me Monday and I never heard from him again.If you need service I would suggest dealing with Tom who knows how to talk to customers if you must go to Concord but I recommend taking the extra drive to Dublin GMC.I am now dealing directly with GM for my repair and will not be going back to Lehmer's.","rating":1,"date_published":"2015-20-01"},{"author_name":"darren2012","review_text":"Great people, great selection, great prices...","rating":5,"date_published":"2012-02-03"}]}
