> The staff is relatively difficult to deal with and not particularly polite. If you're big on customer service  then this is NOT the rental shop for you. Good location, shoddy service, average equipment. I recommend Cresco on Monument Boulevard which is about 10 minutes away.

> I was disappointed with this Company.  I had a huge order running up to $8k; Company will not accept deposit and partial payments;  the manager wanted me to sign contract and make the total payment of $8k right away 83days before my event... according to Manager, " Company's policy"
