It had been working perfectly, but we had no sound and no picture. We did not know what to do. So I made six phone calls for technical support, scrolling through  yellow pages.com  Geek Squad could not come out until next week. No one else returned my call except for S.O.S. TV. I explained the problems to the technician  who arrived promptly next day. He was a polite, friendly and competent repair man. The fee was reasonable.  The work was quickly done. Very professional, and fare on the prices. The staff are very courteous, and polite. You can really talk to them, and they have solutions for your problems. The well qualified techs make house calles all over O.C. areas. I am relly lucky and glad that I called them. I called many other TV shops to repair my electronics, but always had delays, and new stories. One of the shops had my TV for 7 weeks. Finally they could not fix it and brought it back in pieces, but it SOS 2 days to diagnose the problem and 3 days to fix.
