> Went in to buy a cigar, and they talked me in to trying one I never tried before. When I cut it/ lit it up, it was hard to hit and was completely falling apart. Called up and explained the situation, and they exchanged it for my regular cigar! Excellent customer service, I give this place 5 stars!!
