She always treats me with tender loving care. She really does care. I have gone to Dr. Shah for a couple of years and have always been very satisfied with the care and attention that I have received. She's kind, efficient, knowledgeable, and I trust her completely. Her staff is pleasant and her office is clean/decorated well. It isn't; difficult to get an appointment and the wait time is usually 10-15 minutes. I bring my entire family to see her and recommend her to all of my friends. She's helped me through a lot of tough times medically and even though I've been referred to a lot of specialists, she's always stayed by my side and been there for me. She definitely cares about her patients! I had to wait 40 mins in the lobby even though I showed up 15 mins prior to my appointment. When I finally saw the doctor, she cut me off every time I tried to speak and explain my ailments. She even had the audacity to diagnose me with an incurable condition without actually looking at my skin. She was 5 ft away from me when she gave the diagnosis without ever looking directly at the problem. How on earth can she know what something is if she doesn't take 3 seconds to look? So unbelievably unprofessional, I have no clue how this "doctor" got her license. She would not refer me to anyone else though I needed a chiropractor, dermatologist and help with acid reflux. I changed my hmo promptly upon returning home because I was so insulted by that office and that doctor. How is it I got the referrals needed and was able to speak and explain my feelings and conditions to my current doctor but could not get a word in with Rupal Shah? I'll tell you, she is a horrible doctor and was too busy to actually care for me, her patient.
