> Doesn't know what he's doing. Can't tell the difference between a paint illusion and actual damage. Puts requirements that are unnecessary on the borrower that cost additional money for him to come back out at another cost to pad his pockets. Claims many years of contracting experience and yet can't tell the difference between paint and damage. Showed up with a sketchy looking guy that walked all over my garden as if my plants didn't matter.
