The man said yes and that he could hold one for us. I had just had abdominal surgery and needed to meet my Dad the next day @ 3pm. We called him to tell him we were on the way and he wasn't even at the store. They he told us he would be there in like 10 minutes... still he didn't show up or call. We ended up waiting almost 2 hours in 100 degree heat waiting for this man to show up so we could rent this wheelchair. He overcharged us as well he did not charge us what he said over the phone. My Father is 83 years old he had to wait for us all that time by himself.
