Went tru the drive trough no jelly , no soda ? The cashier had a bad attitude and was nasty. His burger was cold, the bun was stale and the meat was dry. When he asked them to replace it he got a bunch of crap from the girl working and Manager Dave. When the girl came and brought him his replacement.......... she said "that is it we are not cooking you more after this, it cost us money". I said forget it I want my money back I have been a Manager in 4 McDonalds in England, I know exactly how much this cost. I asked for my money back and went to the counter the manager on duty "DAVE" was extremely abrupt and said "did you pay by cash or credit" no apology. I explained the way his staff member spoke to me and asked his name...... HE asked WHY do you need to know??In my opinion McDonald's has set extremely good customer values across the world. I have NEVER been treated and spoken to in this way by young people who have NO CLUE in customer service.................. on a side note note I was the only customer there so they were hardly rushed off their feet. Appalling service and treatment!!!!!!! THIS young man should learn how to speak to customers or else one day or else he will fired. *Invalid Date via Direct* --- **sheadog** - 1/5 > I should have known better, but out of convenience I chose the McDonalds at this exact location for my breakfast this day. I was disappointed is several ways. For the first time ever I was informed that milk was not included as a drink alternative for their Breakfast combinations and that I would be charged extra. That brought the cost of my breakfast burrito combination to $6.10 (I could have purchased a full egg and cheese burrito combination, with a milk for $3.10 at Carl's Jr.). I should have refused at this point, but I was hungry and I had coupons that could be used for the excessive cost. When I approached the window to pay for my order I was informed that I could not use the coupon I had if I was paying the balance with my debit card. Unbelievable! A coupon that was paid for, to be spent at McDonalds and it can't be used with a debit card! Completely inconvenient and un-customer friendly. Not only that, all this for a meal that is completely overpriced! I understand that each McDonalds is indipendantly owned and opperated. Appearantly the owner of the Corona Location has lost touch with the fact that the consumer has many choices. Friends if you want to get the best value for your buck, enjoy customer friendly service, and experience a management staff that looks for better ways to serve you. may I suggest that you do not choose the Corona McDonalds in Corona CA located on the 91 freeway at Serfas Club Drive.
