> The folks at R & D are really the best.  Best in quality, price, and the time it takes to finish a project.  Had them come to our home, they brought enough sample books of quality fabric to satisfy by wife.  Showed us different ideas for our home, all the time we did not feel pressured or obigatred.  They were great.  Let us start where we need it the most, and let us pay as we go.  Our home is a work in progress, but it's getting there.

> My wife and I are on a strict budget (as arn't we all), R & D not only gave us a good deal in the cost of fabric, but manufactured custom drapies of really good quality.  They also let us spread out the payments and which room (s) we wanted to have drapes 1st.  They also made some Roman Shades for our kids room, anyway I highly recomment this company to anyone looking for drapes, blinds and shades for their home.

> This family owned and operated business gives true quality of product and superior customer service. Dee, the owner is a super person. The custom draperies she and her husband installed gave my home a whole new look. They carry all the major fabric's and gave me a great price. I live in San Diego, CA and the distance was no problem. I highly recommend this company for all of your window covering needs, blinds or drapes.
