We have dealt with them many times through the years and have had absolutely no problems with service or quality of the product.. Our questions have always been answered in a timely and professional way.

> I am an packaging designer. I called with a request for (what I believed to be) a standard but rarely used washer design. The man who answered helped me but was willing to only help me to a point. He said he had nothing like what I needed and had never seen it before. I wanted to further check within the industry to see if any OEM's had produced the tooling for manufacturing this washer design and asked him to recommend a few names of large nut/bolt/washer OEM's with whom I might inquire at which point he said "You are wasting my time and promptly hung up on me." Unfortunately, when I get good service from suppliers, I thank them but I don't take the trouble to leave good reviews (how many of us do?). However, when I get rude service, I go out of my way to document that rude service. Hence, this review. JRH
