> They will tell you "yes, no problem, we can do it" at the bgininig and take your deposit. Couple weeks later, still nothing is being done. Their excuse will be "we don't know about your guidelines, we will try to talk to your city or association", where you have paid them to apply the permit to install the patio and still refuse to return the deposit and delay more time. Their contractor will walk out on you, after received the deposit, and will NOT want to hear what you have to say.BE AWARE and do not trust everything they said. If you want to pay deposit and have nothing being done, this is your store.
