Many never responded, wanted to charge all these little fees, & their customer service was horrible. I noticed Total Care company van in our neighborhood at many different homes over the past few years. Then read their Yelp reviews. The reviews are true! From the minute I contacted them their customers service was top notch! They helped us get the best new heating and cooling system for our budget. Their personal service also makes them stand out, I never felt like we were just a number/job or an inconvenience. I feel comfortable contacting them if I have questions.
