> The food is wonderful from appetizers to dessert. Perfect size portions. I love my bread and they have wonderful selection of  bread and as much as you like with no questions asked. I often rate a restuarant by it's bread and the attitude that comes with giving you as much as you want . IL Fornaio passes the test. Service is excellent. View is fabulous.

> went to the restaurant on our honeymoon.  The staff were fantastic and made sure they went above and beyond, even providing us with a free dessert.  Fantastic view of the water and downtown san diego.  The food was excellent.  Could not ask for better.
