> Her laser cleaning procedure was ineffective. I called & scheduled an apptmt. for 11/9 @ 2pm via Tatiana. She was unprofessional & lackadaisical when answering the phone & taking my appmt. Based upon her attitude & tone, she seemed like an immature, dense shallow ditz who rather troll at the mall.  I had no confidence in her basic job skills, so I called again to ensure she logged my appmt., & she claimed she did. A day prior to my appmt., I called to confirm but sure enough,incompetent Tatiana failed to do a simple job.
