> this office deserves zero stars.  The CPA should seriously invest time in understanding his role as a provider of information, services and solutions.  First off, he never gave the effort to listen to my scenario.  He was quick to interject into my explanation.  In the end, he never understood my situation, gave me a ridiculous quote, and told me to take it or go elsewhere.
