They hadn't received the electronic message, so if you want these guys (and you should), use the phone. I talked with John, who was very helpful and knowledgeable on the phone. We made a prompt appointment for the next day. John was there on time, prepared, professional, fast and thorough. He fixed up the door, installed the opener, checked it out and explained everything. He was very knowledgeable about the problems I was having (springs, bad motor, etc..). He set us up with new garage door openers, and completely tuned up the doors and springs.
