> Do NOT buy a Cal-Am home, or live in a Cal-Am property! We did, and regret it! The home itself turned out to be cheap feeling. Bad build quality, and cheaper materials. The after sales service was nonexistent. The management at the Cal-Am property we unfortunately live at, Rose Garden in Surprise, Arizona, is horrible. Cal-Am Properties has twenty bad reviews on the BBB website! Stay away!  This company is bad news!
