The minute I walked in and saw the clean welcoming environment I felt a little better. The lovely ladies at the front desk took my information and even gave me a little tour of the back office on my way in. They reassured me I was in great hands and made me feel right at ease. Jenny, the dental assistant came in and took my x rays. She was very sweet and friendly the entire time and made the whole process go by so fast. Dr. Ayzin then came in assessed my teeth. He told me what a poor job my last dentist did on my fillings and made me feel comfortable and once he was done examining everything and doing what he had to do, he left so I could have my free teeth whitening kit trays molded. The 2 hours I spent there came and went so quickly because I was well taken care of. No other dentist would listen to me when I would say that the novacane was wearing off, but Dr. Ayzin and his staff were so understanding and when I said that the numbing was wearing off they belived me and re numbed me up. May not sound like alot but I manged to make it form age 18 to the age of 29 with out going to the dentist out of abject terror.
