> She was extremely helpful.  I learned a lot about myself.  We all struggle with daily issues in our lives.  We need to question why these obstacles occur - are there ways I can improve? Dr. Siegel really helped me be conscious about myself.  I highly recommend visiting her and seeing if she is the right therapist for you.  I liked that she didn't charge me for my first hour because she wanted to make sure that she was right for me.  If I returned, then I paid that hour.  If I didn't, then I didn't have to pay.  My opinion - get help.   You only live once!!!
