It is the type of service I would expected from dealer ship.If you are looking for a really good mechanic, the one you can just hand over the key and leave without  worry getting ripped off; you will be informed in details and when to pick up your car. Many mechanics try to do it these days, especially in the hardships of this economy. My 'Check Engine' light came on recently, so I bit the bullet and started researching places to take my newly bought Mercedes… (my thoughts = expensive repair bill) I live on the edge of La Verne and happen to find Mercedes & BMW Service 2.8 miles away in Glendora. I called the next morning and brought in my car. Phillip, owner and Master Mercedes/BMW Technician (13yrs), was courteous, professional, and organized. He even did a quick and free analysis on my car for worn parts/possible future repairs. I had the chance to sit down and ask him every question I had about this vehicle (must be smarter than the car!). His knowledge is extensive and was able to answer every one of my questions and teach me a great deal about my car. I would refer this business to anyone who owns a Mercedes or BMW, and possibly Audi, VW, Volvo, etc. I walked out of that shop with the smallest bill I have ever had on any car repair!
