> Just a note to tell you how pleased we are with the new 5 Ton Carrier/Bryant heating and air conditioning system you and your crew installed in our house a few days ago! I could not believe how fast the whole thing went, from our pleasant phone conversation a few days prior, to the turn-on of this modern, high efficiency system. Our old air conditioning/heating system was the original installed 30 years ago!! Your crew was marvelous,very courteous and absolutely tops in performing their jobs. This was a major R & R and it took only a few hours. The system is much quieter than our old antique. The air is colder. The blower is about three times as powerful. I am really impressed. The controller is very smart as well. Amazing what a difference a few years makes! I had no other quotes than yours, and signed on immediately because I knew you were offering us a really good price for the system! I will pass the word to all of our friends and hope they will become your customers also. Feel free to share this letter with prospective customers.

> I'm in the real estate business and also manage several properties so I have seen good service and bad service let me tell you these guys are poster children for terrible service. the worst I've egver seen in 30 years in the business. hang it up guys and try selling flowers on the hiway off ramps or something.
