I gained close to 50 lbs after delivery. I tried almost everything i saw/heard on TV and radio (diet pills, food delivered home, exercise equipment, diets after diets) & NOTHING WORKED! I was depressed & frustrated! How could I let myself get this big? ;( I spent too much $ on diets/products that did not work. After the 2011 holidays, I ran into a long time acquaintance who told me about this place. Last time I had seen her, she was probably 60+ lbs heavier). I was skeptical about going and spending more $ on more products to lose weight. 4 mos. later, I finally went. The 3 ladies there are very friendly and always make me feel comfortable. The 1st week, I lost 3 lbs, then 2 lbs, etc. So far, I have lost 38 lbs. People keep telling me how good i look and my boyfriend loves the new me.
