> INCREDIBLY PLEASED.  YAH Laura and Shane's!!! I was so pleased with the service I received today I was disappointed I could not make an appointment for Laura next month.  Rotation and first come first serve.  Life itself can be a throw of the dice ... Today I had the personalization of a licensed professional ... the instructor Laura was attentive and the talented student Shawna was perfect in both styling and personality.  One has to wait in a high end Salon so expect the same possibility here ... my time experience was the same as in a Salon - it probably all depends on what is being done, the student and immediate accessibility of instructor.
