> Most horrible towing service IN THE CITY! I scheduled a tow with them at 7 AM and they called me at 4 AM that they are about to pick up the car, after explaining to them it was suppose to be 7 AM not at 4 AM that everone is sleeping. Long story short they didnt even show up at 7 and they showed close to 10! They had an "emergency" and NOBODY from the towing company cared to even notify us that they aren't going to be coming at 7!!DO NOT USE THIS TOWING SERVICE! The only reason they are in business it's because they work with the police impound.

> The technician arrived without the necessary equipment to complete the job, even though I had been very specific about what needed to be done when I made the appointment.  Then he got rude and insulting and left.  The dispatcher lied and was evasive when I called back to try to correct the situation.In short, this place is Incompetent, Insulting, and Dishonest
