> This is the worst dealership ever...they recommend you things you don't really need for your car, and charge an arm and a leg. When I asked why I needed their recommendations, my service rep was nasty and said &amp;quot;he didn't time to exlain why&amp;quot; and that I should &amp;quot;go look it up on the internet&amp;quot;So what the heck are you getting paid for?My advice...stay away...I went to Santa Monica Honda and got better service with nicer staff. go there instead .

> I stepped into this dealership for service ... And I was told it would take 3 hours (after waiting 20 minutes to get help) ... Then I was told if I made appointment, I would not need to wait and oil change only tajes up to 45 minutes. So I made an appointment for next Tuesday , and when I came back I was told it takes 2 hours ... Appointment means nothing in dealership , very unprofessional ... I'll never come back to this dealership , and I recommend you avoiding this dealership ... Unless u have extra 3 hours
