Their reputation with other property management groups and other tenants who I've spoken with that occupy their spaces are truly appalling and I am glad to know I am not the only one who has had a truly horrible experience renting from them. I've come to discover they have a history of kicking other tenants out in order to hike up the price of the rent, especially when the tenant has spent money to upgrade the space for use. They are non-existent when it comes to structural repairs for the building and are known to keep and use security deposits to make repairs on maintenance that should have been done by them. If you are a new business or are looking for an office space to conduct business that is cheap and easy to qualify for, I would NOT recommend doing business with them. The photo gallery on their site is very helpful and showed the space as it actually is.  Unlike some other brokers, they pick up the phone at all times, know their properties well, and offer amazing service.  Nick is the only source that I found with different/ interesting listings.
