The best thing they have is the karaage, and the tonkotsu is pretty good, but no where close to the real deal from Hakata(I happpen to come from Hakata, born and raised). Their special chicken ramen was terrible: too salty, lukewarm, and not savory enough. The word, umami, should be part of the equation but sadly it's not.
