> Worst experience ever. They don't care about customers and the stores are FULL of people with problems. Down loaded upgrade, crashed entire product, gave me a refurbished one after weeks of haggling, 21 days later it crashed. Now saying it was a one time deal.  You are a cheap company taking advantage of Americans....

For so many groundbreaking and revolutionary inventions and innovations to emanate from one man is beyond imagination!
