> Had a wonderful and satisfying experience at the Diamond International Center. Charlie, I believe is the owner, went out of his way to make sure both of my items were just what I wanted. One ring was a specialized design and the other was a wedding set that needed reworking from age and wear. Both are amazing and i am well satisfied with the fees I was charged. I do believe that it would have been more costly elsewhere. I only have good things to say about the staff at DIC.

> MADE A JOKE ABOUT JEWISH PEOPLE, DENIED IT &THREATENS CUSTOMER HE SUBJECTED HIS BAD BEHAVIOR & HUMOR TO BY CALLING THE COPS!! WHATS WORSE IS HE HAS A JEWISH WOMAN WORKING 4 HIM!!! I wouldn't be writing this were it not for the tasteless joke he made in my presence about jewish people & $ on my 2nd visit. My pieces were not what was discussed NOT ONCE  BUT TWICE!! After all this & paying nearly 400$+my gold+supplying most of the stones. He argued with me BOTH TIMES then after he didnt put the sample in the evelope for the jeweler NOT ONCE BUT TWICE &TWICE didnt follow through making sure that it was right. I am now stuck with 2 pieces that were supposed to match & dont, i am out nearly 400$ &on top of that had to hear his joke that when i addressed it claims he never said that & because he wanted to save face pretended he never said it he escalates the situation &threatens to call the police on me for doing nothing!! This guy is schmoozer charmer & a sleezeball that way overcharges!!!
