Up until the day before Thanksgiving 2016 we will never trust our animal in their care. The vet did a quick examination of our sick cat with multiple problems. The vet and staff were many concerned by selling their wellness program and took several trips to explain the over inflated costs. The vet had to come back in the exam room because vet had not address all our concerns,behavior & treatment. Later he got worse. She offered look at him again but loss confidence and them closing soon. Vet charged us $150 for the visit & 2 medications & carring us with several guesses. Late evening took our cat 24 hour emergency & ended up having urinary bacteria Trac infection too. He was so sick that emergency vet at Crossroads Emergency had to administer pain meds & more antibiotics. We were paniced & getting home at 1 am & an additional $350. Thanksgiving Day exhausted & dreadful experience. The emergency vet that evening properly diagnosed after 3 hours & gave him wonderful care VCA only concerned about their up selling, quick exams & making money rather than really caring for pet & parents. Main concern too about getting home to their families on a holiday. VCA do your job correctly. Being fake & Lack of concern won't go very far especially if pet owners an see right through what you're doing. Our cat is much better thanks to Crossroads & spent a total of $500 thanks to VCA lack of care and judgement. He's still got more procedures but we are definitely never going back to any VCAs again. Their corporation is a rip off and take advantage of pet owners who are emotional subject to inflated charges. Shame on you VCA. Their VCA emergency is the same too. We had contacted them and the receptionist there was sarcastic and tells you what you want to hear. We are tired of VCA staffs ingenious and scripted speech. We'll be wring a letter to your Corporation. expression our anger and disappointment.","rating":1,"date_published":"2016-26-11"}]}
