> As a small business owner I feel that people need to know about the bad service your staff and your company is giving clients.  I have done business for many many years with Clyde when J & M was located at the top of the hill in Daly City and I was shock of the bad service I received.  Not getting back to clients, had me waiting while on his cell phone during an estimate.  I even gave them acall and I was told that some one would get back to me.  I'm still waiting.The new Owner is nothing like Clyde was.  Bad costumer service.A very unhappy client.
